Computer-generated digital prints
Click to reveal textDescription

The Difference Engine prints are digital prints created by computer programs written by Gordon Monro. They are derived from an evolutionary process, where small patterns are evolved under the pressure to be different from one another. The "DNA" of each pattern is a small network, and the images come in pairs, the first image showing a pattern and the second the network that generated it.
